Architectural/Interiors Services

​Preliminary Studies:  ​We review client requirements and prepare preliminary studies of projects in sketch and written form.  We select and instruct engineering consultants as required.  When preliminary studies have advanced further, we prepare cost estimates. 

​

​Working Drawings:  After client approval of preliminary work, we product working drawings, specifications and forms for tenders and invite contractors to submit bids.  This submissions provide clients with firm cost figures.

 

​Appointing a Contractor:​  We provide a contractor with all the documents and information necessary to proceed with a client's project and we will routinely supervise the contractors activities on the site.  We will work to protect the client against defects and deficiencies in the work and in all ways possible will strive to ensure that the finished job conforms in all ways to the terms of the contract.

 

Payment Managements: We will monitor the contractor's progress accurately and will certify payments as necessary until the job is completed.

Advisory Services:  We will offer our services in the areas of site selections, feasibility studies and financial studies and will make clear recommendations.

 

Planning:  We ensure that the organization of space in client projects reflects the highest degree of functional efficiency possible.  Planning for future expansion and flexibility will be included where appropriate.

​

Co-ordinating Services: We co-ordinate the many specialists involved in making client projects a reality.

 

Supervisory Management: We check shop drawings and samples submitted by the contractor to ensure that the design and materials used in client projects conforms to drawings, specifications and other contractual agreements.  We also directly inspect the work in progress and hold job meetings to assess and assure the quality of work and adherence to contracts.

 

Consulting Services:  We act at client request as consultants in site planning, interior, built-in and other furnishings, special equipment, landscaping and site improvement.
